Building the Swingset!

Billy and Jacob spent 3 days putting together a swing set for Evan for Christmas! I think their time was very well spent. Evan could barely wait for them to get finished before he started climbing on it and plundering in their tools! Jacob took time off from working on it to give Evan a few pushes on the swing after they got it hung.

Christmas Gift Trip

Courtney, Billy and I gave Jacob and Kim a trip to Charleston for Christmas. Courtney made an online Christmas card with links to the hotel and restaurant . Evan really got into the music on the card. Just watch!

Christmas at Jacob and Kim's

Evan had a blast opening his gifts this Christmas. I think his Aunt Courtney had a big hit with her gifts to him. She gave him a "monk monk" blanket and pillow and a frog tent. He spent about thirty minutes just rolling around in the floor in his "monk monk" blanket.

Once his mama and Aunt Courtney got the frog tent put together he had fun playing in it with Courtney and with his mama!

He also got to go on his first treasure hunt with the rest of the gang! He found an Elmo book that made music. He and Granddaddy had fun walking around to the beat of the music!

Alphabet games!

This is one of Billy and Evan's favorite games! A rather unique use of the letters of the alphabet don't you think?!
