Cali and Evan

Heidi and Cali came for a visit today. Evan and Cali were immediate soul mates and play mates.

They watched cartoons while Mimi finished getting the picnic supper ready...

 

shared a bench on the patio to watch the train go by...

walked on the stepping stones to inspect Granddaddy's birdhouse...

had a picnic on the patio...

went wading in the pond ...

had some serious conversations...

splashed each other...

got really cold...

 wrapped up in a towel...

looked at Angry Birds cakes with Kim and Heidi...

and at last fell asleep together!
